The price range (according to current availability) starts from 3,750,000 euros for the “custom” homes, from 1,400,000 euros for the “turn key” homes and from 770,000 for the branded apartments below from the "umbrella" of the large Westin hotel chain of the Marriott group.
The owner profile is split between 50% Greek and 50% foreign buyers (60% foreign based on value), while obviously offering a wide range of services & benefits and privileged access to Costa Navarino facilities and activities.
This new residential project is a continuation of the highly successful course in the residential-holiday sector that the group has started in recent years (since 2017).
According to TEMES data (with Achilleas Konstantakopoulos as the main shareholder) to date its investments in Costa Navarino (hotels, golf, infrastructure, etc.) amount to 850 million euros, while around 400 million euros have been invested by third parties for the acquisition of housing (construction and purchase of land). Until 2027, when all the developments planned in all 5 areas of Costa Navarino (Navarino Dunes, Navarino Bay, Navarino Waterfront, Navarino Hills and Navarino Blue) are completed, the total investment by TEMES will reach a total of 1.2 billion euros.
