The total cost for the acquisition of the complex amounted to €38.1m and the funding was provided by PRODEA's green bond proceeds, issued in 2021.
This investment is part of PRODEA's investment strategy to strengthen its presence in the key
logistics sector and to enrich its investment portfolio with energy efficient properties.
