Reggeborgh increased its stake in Alpha Bank

Alpha Bank announced the increase of the Dutch in Reggeborgh in its share capital to a percentage of more than 5%.

In an official press release, pursuant to the provisions of L.3556/2007, Alpha Services & Holdings announced, that, following a notification received by REGGEBORGH INVEST B.V on 30.08.2022, of., the latter, as of 29.08.2022, holds directly 121,077,535 voting rights of  Alpha Services, which correspond to 5.158% of the total voting rights of the Company.
