The renovation of the historic, two-story, - also called the "round" by locals- building of Floisvos, which was erected at the end of the 19th century, has a budget of €2,950,667.67 and is entirely financed by the Project Execution Program of Region of Attica.
It is a particularly modest construction, with a modern aesthetic, which emphasizes the circular nature of the building. At the same time, special importance has been given to ensuring the accessibility of the disabled and disabled people (also with the addition of an elevator).
On the ground floor of the building, the main hall, which covers all the spaces of the existing buildings, will be configured as a Hall of Events and Speeches. The floor will retain the use of the Cultural Center, where Art Exhibitions of the Municipality of P. Faliro will be hosted.
