Work is in full progress at the Athinogenes Mansion, the iconic building located at 50 Stadiou Street.

According to ELEMKA, the structural restoration of the listed building is progressing, along with the construction of the supporting structure for the new 8-story building at the rear of the plot. This new structure is connected to the Athinogenes Mansion at the ground floor and the first floor levels via an above-ground link.

The Athinogenes Mansion, now owned by the Prokopiou Group, is one of the most significant buildings in Athens. It was built between 1875 and 1880 based on the designs of French architect Frédéric Pià.

The new design plans for the complete restoration of the two-story mansion, which is recognized as a historical listed monument and a work of art. Additionally, a new construction will be added, covering a total area of 10,000 square meters, creating a unified multi-purpose space with offices and retail outlets.

The total investment is expected to exceed €10 million.
