With the aim of strengthening the extroversion and competitiveness of businesses, as well as creating executives with modern knowledge and skills in the field of exports, BSE is starting the implementation of the Skills4Jobs action for Export Executives.

The new action is part of the wider initiative of the BSE Skills4Jobs, and includes:

  • Development of technical and soft skills, with a program of practical and theoretical training of 112 teaching hours, which was designed in collaboration with the Hellenic American Union, following a BSE survey of its export member companies.
  • Consulting & Mentoring.
  • Elaboration of an Export Strategy Plan for a product or service, which will be evaluated by business executives.

Employment opportunities of at least six months at a competitive salary in BSE member export companies for participants who successfully complete the program.

"Skills4Jobs for Export Executives" is aimed at people throughout Greece with little or no previous experience in the export sector, who have graduated from Higher Education Departments of Economics, Law or Political Sciences (indicatively mentioned are Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, International and European Studies, Law, Political Science, etc.) and have an excellent command of the English language.

The participants will have the opportunity to upgrade their skills, without any financial burden, but also to look for career opportunities in one of the modern and organized exporting companies-members of BSE.

20 people will participate in the initiative, after selection. A new cycle will follow in 2024. Applications for participation are submitted online until October 18, 2023.
