The cooperation memorandum involves the National Technical University of Athens, the National Center for Research and Technological Development / Institute of Information Technology and Communications (EKETA/IPTHIL), the IsZEB Innovation Hub and the Institute for European Energy and Climate Policy (IEECP).
The partners in this memorandum of cooperation, possessing know-how and skills in the field of intelligent building preparedness, committed to a constructive promotion of their cooperation by exchanging knowledge and experience on matters related to SRI and specifically in:
1. Joint scientific, educational events and activities
2. Consulting / scientific services and studies
3. Joint participation in research and development programs (National - European - International)
4. Exchange of information and know-how on matters of common interest
In the context of this cooperation, the partners will support the Ministry of Environment and Energy for the trial phase of SRI in Greece, through the four (4) LIFE projects: SRI-ENACT, easySRI, Smart Square Project and SRI2MARKET. The trial phase of SRI in Greece includes its evaluation in different types of buildings and aims to explore the SRI methodology, as well as to gain valuable insights into its practical application in Greece.
