The collective vision of ReDePlan and that of the company's founder and current CEO, Mr. Manolis Baltas, for the formation of modern conditions within which entrepreneurship will develop, evolve and produce in an organized, modern manner, in a spatial culture regime, responding to the challenges and opportunities of the future, with respect for the employee and the environment, is also a goal for the new President & Operations Director of the company, Mr. Sokratis Balta.
As mentioned by Mr. Sokratis Baltas, "ReDePlan, two decades now, remains a company with a clear vision and goals. Our view of the projects we undertake is multi-parametric in the context of the requirements of the time for ethical management and rational management. We aspire to continue to be leaders in business organization issues and to continue developing our fields of activity in all the structures of the built environment, offering modern Project Management and Technical Consultant services. Our purpose remains "the Environmental, Functional, Cultural and Aesthetic upgrading of the built space". We are already serving this goal in practice, through our work. We revitalize the urban landscape (Revitalizing), we develop modern cities (Developing), we design a sustainable future (Planning)".
At the same time, ReDePlan proceeded to change its corporate identity. In its historical logo the three pillars of the company Revitalization – Development – Planning are depicted. Today they are evolving based on its recorded and successful track, in multiple thematic cycles, representative of the range and complexity of the projects that the company has implemented and is implementing. The multiple thematic circles are composed and arranged in an arrow which, like the historical badge, represents the holistic approach and evolutionary targeting. The new logo summarizes ReDePlan's experience to date and signals its future targeting.
The new corporate image is spread everywhere and especially on the new website that comes to seal all aspects of ReDePlan's communication, both in the field of Internal Relations and in the field of external communication, with a reformulation of its corporate strategy and evolution of the operating structures.
The company's goal for the coming years is the high quality of services, continuous improvement, the emphasis on the principles of ESG and the sustainable transition and ultimately the growth and strengthening of ReDePlan.
Sokratis Baltas
Was born in Athens and is a Diploma in Civil Engineering, a graduate of the Democritus University of Thrace. In 2014 he received a degree in Interior Architecture from Middlesex University, Great Britain, while he continued his studies at postgraduate level at University College London (UCL) in London in 2017. His work experience began in 2009 at ReDePlan Consultants participating in a number of projects and activities of the company and in project teams from various positions of responsibility until 2018. This was followed by his permanent relocation to the United Kingdom where he continued his career as a Project Manager at Mace Group in London, where he remained until 2021 when he left as Associate Director to return to Greece.
In 2022 he assumed the duties of Operations Director at ReDePlan Consultants, while in September of the same year he assumed the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors.
He is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE) as well as CIOB - Chartered Institute of Building, with "Chartered Construction Manager" certification. His articles and positions on the subject of the urban landscape, as well as on issues of sustainable development of Greece's infrastructure, are hosted in distinguished mass media of the country.
