Submission deadline for the "Execonomo- Renovate for young people" applications set on November, 15

The deadline for submitting applications to the "Execonomo- Renovate for young people" program for 19- to 39-year-olds has been extended for two months, and specifically for November 15.

"Execonomo- Renovate for Young People" consists of two parts:

"Execonomo" section: refers to residential energy saving interventions, such as window replacement, thermal insulation, heating-cooling systems, domestic hot water supply systems, smart home management systems.

"Renovate" section: refers to aesthetic and functional home renovation interventions, as complementary to energy saving interventions, such as bathroom and kitchen renovation, entrance door replacement, replacement and repair of electrical and plumbing installations, replacement of floors, etc.

A basic condition for membership in "Renovate" is the mandatory membership in "Esconizo" first.

The program covers eligible costs up to 32,500 euros, for the energy upgrade and renovation of a residence. The grant percentage for the "savings" component amounts to 40% to 75%, while an additional grant (bonus) of +15% is provided if the applicant has many children.

In the "Renovate" strand, the grant rate is the same for all 30%.

All young men and women born from 01/01/1984 to 31/12/2005, with a family income of up to 50,000 euros for their membership in "Exkoyonamo" and up to 20,000 euros for their membership, are eligible to participate. in "Renew", as long as it is:

– Owners of the property, with any right in rem and owning it, or being full owners, or usufructuary and renting it out, to join "Save for Young People".

-Owners of the property by full ownership and 100% percentage to join "Renovate for Youth"
