The company which was selected as the winner in the relevant Intrum tender last May, announced the drawing up of a private agreement through its subsidiary "Luxury Life Monoprosopi IKE" with the selling special purpose companies (SPVs), whose management has been undertaken by "Intrum Hellas REO Solutions.
These are properties located in various regions of Greece, most of which according to information are residential, while the portfolio includes a few shops, offices and plots of land.
The proposed price will amount to €19,800,000. An advance of €4,564,500 has already been paid by the Subsidiary to the selling companies.
Mount Street Hellas Advisory Ltd Greek Branch, which now belongs to the Techniki Olympiaki group, acts as the Company's advisor in this transaction.
