The project includes a multipurpose room in the Domboli building. Its cost was estimated at €12.5 million (€10.08 million without VAT). The auction of the project will take place on February 28, 2023 and on March 7, 2023 the bids will be unsealed.
The duration of the project was set at 400 days from the signing of the contract. The notice also provides for the case of contract extension in accordance with Article 147 of Law 4412/2016. The financing for the project, by decision of the General Secretariat of Public Investments - NSRF of the Ministry of Development, will be through the Public Investment Program.
Finally, it was worth noting that the central town hall will continue to function even after the completion of the project in Domboli, as the Municipal Authority has launched its complete restoration through the program of tourist and religious routes which is in the study stage.
