The Ministry of Environment has approved the Strategic Environmental Impact Study of the Special Urban Planning Plan (EPS) for the creation of a "Research and Technology Park and Innovation Center", in the former CHRO.PEI Industrial Complex based in the Municipality of Piraeus.

The space of intervention refers to the property of the existing building premises of the "CHRO.PEI." industrial complex that spans in a total of ​​17,868.69 sqm. The premises are built on the city block #63 on Piraeus Avenue 62 and will be redeveloped into a "Research and Technology Park and Innovation Center".

The city block #63 was declassified as a construction site for the "Piraeus Courthouse" and the exclusive use and exploitation of the property was granted to the Greek State under the Management of the Ministry of Development and Investments for 49 years, for the development of a Research and Technology Park and Innovation Center.

The approved uses of land according to the relevant documentation approved by the Greek authorities comprise office spaces, research centers and business incubators, public spaces and conference centers, retail shops, f&b spaces, dormitories, small scale logistics and business laboratories.
