The Hatzilazarou group has acquired the historic TITANIA hotel in Athens from the British L+R.

The hotel company has recently added a historic hotel in Athens to its portfolio, marking its eighth property and its first outside the island of Rhodes. This investment is part of the group's expansion plan to increase its presence in the Greek hotel market. 

It's worth noting that the group has recently partnered with the same company for the Rhodes Bay Hotel & Spa complex, which includes the Elite Suites Rhodes Bay, all of which are now part of the "H Hotels Collection". 

The group has been incorporating in the hotel industry since 1993, particularly specialised in the hospitality sector and focuse in detail. In Rhodes, the group owns the MAYIA RESORT and the Princess Andriana (which is all-inclusive), as well as the 5* Boutique 5, Phodes Bay Hotel, Elite Suites, Lindos Princess, Rodos Proncess Beach, and Proncess Sun, all located on the southeast coast of the island.
