The Hellenic Armed Forces are to declare the tender for Perdika, Aegina asset this May
The expression of interest phase has been successfully completed
The participation in the first phase of the tender concerning the expression of interest for the utilization of the 330 acres located in Perdika, Aegina, was considered to be satisfactory by the Real Estate Development Service of the Armed Forces (YP.A.A.P.E.D.) which was completed last week.
Having the new data emerged from the first phase been evaluated, the Service will announce a tender by the end of May at the latest, with the aim of completing the process by the end of the year.
In the call for expressions of interest for the property, there has been set a rent of € 1,000,000 and a duration of the lease of 99 years while there was no commitment of use.
An important advantage for the exploitation of the property of the National Fleet Fund is the possibility that it has, to join the Strategic Investments and to proceed with the asset's exploitation on "fast track".
It is been reminded that the Real Estate Development Service of the Armed Forces is on charge to manage the National Defense Fund's, the Army Share Fund's, the National Fleet Fund's, the Navy Share Fund's, of the Aviation Defense Fund's and the Aviation Equity Fund's real estate assets.
