Through an announcement - invitation of interest to the largest NATO aerospace and aeronautical companies in Europe and the USA, the Ministry of Development & Investments began the process of finding a strategic investor, who will participate in up to 49% of the share capital of the new Hellenic Aviation Industry SA (E.A.B. S.A.).
The call for interest was sent out on Thursday, January 19, and aerospace companies have until February 10, 2023 to express interest.
