The Hellenic Republic Asset
Development Fund (HRADF), a member company of GROWTHFUND – The National Fund of
Greece, received on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, one (1) offer in the
tender process for the concession of port operation services and the right to
use, operate, manage and develop the Argostoli Marina. The offer was submitted
by A1 Yacht Trade Consortium S.A.
The duration of the concession is 40 years, and may be extended for a maximum of 10 additional years. The Marina is located in the bay of Argostoli, on the southwest coast of the island of Kefalonia, approximately 11 km from the International Airport of Kefalonia "Anna Pollatos". Its capacity is estimated at 174 berths, with the land zone extending to approximately 46.000 square meters.

A1Yacht Trade Consortium is a yacht service company based in Piraeus. The company has 20 years of experience, providing a high level of service, while maintaining a nationwide presence with 58 offices. It offers a full range of sailing services, as well as chartering, brokerage, yacht management and legal services, having extensive experience in obtaining charter licenses and knowledge of the relevant boat legislation in Greece and Cyprus. Onshore activities it provides include, but are not limited to, provision of berths, guarding services, repair and maintenance planning, DPA duties, payroll and crew selection per vessel.
A1 Yacht Trade Consortium provides onshore and offshore services for vessels up to 36 meters in length and up to 300 tonnes. It also offers the possibility of dry tanking operations as well as the execution of operations by specialized technical personnel and manufacturers such as blasting, scaffolding operations, anti-osmotic and anti-pollution protection. The company has significant experience in the management and provision of services for luxury yachts.
