HUB 204 (of the DIMAND group) had submitted an offer to the tender with the "Daskalaki property", on Methonis-Chaidariou street in the area of Agia Sofia, near the old PAPASTRATOS tobacco factory, with an area of 17,000 sq.m. in which there is the possibility of constructing an additional office building with a total area of about 36,000 sq.m.
"Golden Horizon" (of the Israeli interest BZPW Real Estate Development) had proposed the old building of the former Kerani tobacco industry with a total area of about 30,000 sq.m.
For the purchase of the building, the ministry has budgeted to spend up to €80,954,000 from resources that will come from €17,144,000 from the Public Investment Program and €63,810,000 from the Recovery and Resilience Fund
With the same decision, TACHDIK requests the assistance of the Technical Chamber of Greece, or in case of refusal any other certified appraiser, for the final assessment of the value of the plot. And this, because in the commercial value assessment study of the offered property from 8/9/2022, the company "HUB 204" states that the commercial value of the plot, at the present stage, is €5,010,000, while the Committee of Appraisers, in the 6/2/2023 report, estimates that the value of the property amounts to €8,000,000.
