Greek Wineries, in which the Antetokounmpo family recently acquired a 10% stake, has owned Boutari Wineries and the Ioli bottled water brand since 2022.
Greek Wineries S.A. is also involved in a deal with PREMIA Properties REIC and TEMES to develop the Navarino Vineyards, located at Costa Navarino in Messinia. The plan includes the creation of a new 4,000 sqm winery with a total investment of nearly €10 million, which is expected to be operational by late 2025 or early 2026.
The collaboration between the Georgiadis brothers and the Antetokounmpo family extends beyond the Greek wine and bottled water industry. At the end of 2024, they announced the purchase of the Village Shopping & More mall in Rentis, Attica, for €14.1 million through their company, Renti to Go. The company involves Ilias Georgiadis (through Sterner Stenhus Greece), the Antetokounmpo family, Premia Properties (via a subsidiary), Giorgos Panou, Yiannis Konstantinou, and Alex Papakonstantinou.
This acquisition aims to upgrade the well-known complex and create a model sports and entertainment center in the broader area.
