The estimated value of the contract amounts to €20,293,968 (+VAT: €4,870,552.30).

A 10,130 sq.m. building will be constructed, with underground spaces of 10,468 sq.m. 310 parking spaces will be created on the property, of which 268 will be underground plus 2 which will be reserved for parking large vehicles and 40 outdoor.
The minimum acceptable percentage of consideration offered amounts to 35.45% of the Reference Area (10,130 sq.m. building). Therefore, the Minimum Square Considerations (ETA) amount to 3,591.09 sq.m. and correspond to areas of primary use that are counted in the SD.
The overall deadline for the completion of the execution of the construction works starts from the signing of the contract for the execution of the project, includes the licensing of the project - by the competent authorities and is set at 24 months until its completion, according to the issues of this Tender, the technical offer of Contractor and the project execution contract.
