In particular, the construction company TKC AE Construction Studies of the Group, proceeded with the 25-year lease of the Thermal Springs of the Municipality of Western Lesbos in the Polichnitou region. In this context, it is implementing a 5-year investment plan, the first phase of which will be completed next spring, where the springs, which are among the hottest in Europe, will be put into operation.
According to the business plan, within the specific 105-acre thermal Geopark, TKC will develop wellness and thermal services in collaboration with specialized Spa and Spa medicine service providers. In this direction, collaborations have been developed with the agencies: ELITOUR, ASKLEPIEIA HEALTH CLUSTER, EUROTEL, ENSANA, APOLLO TRAVEL and many others.
It is emphasized that the project in question is the first nationwide business plan for the development of Spa medicine structures and specialized Spa Tourism and Wellness services, with a model of cooperation between a private individual and a public body.
It is been noted that the contractor of the project, TKC AE Construction Studies, has been operating since 2009 and deals with the construction of residential and tourist facilities.
