Trastor REIC (the "Company") announced the sale of a five-storey mixed use building with underground parking spaces with a total surface of 2,341.21 sq.m., located in the conjunction of Antonopoulou, Argonafton, K. Kartali and Iassonos Streets, at Volos, in Magnesia for a total consideration of €2,900,000.
The sale is part of the Company's divestment strategy from specific properties and aimed at creating
an optimal investment portfolio
