According to company states in its announcement, the property spans in an area of approximately 31 acres with an industrial building, it is comprised in the wider Unibios ownership of a total 64 acres area with two buildings.
The sale price will amount to €3,700,000.
It is clarified that the property in Volos with the two buildings on it is the subject of a financial lease agreement with Eurobank as the lessor.
As part of the transaction, the Company will proceed with the purchase of the balance of the financial lease and then with the division and transfer of approximately half of the plot with the building in question.
