(after its industrial facilities, its electromechanical equipment and other movable things), which has been erected on a plot of 58,314 sq.m., located on the eastern side of the off-plan area of the Municipal Community of Schimatari of the Municipality of Tanagra of the Regional Unit of Viotia , which has been included as of 31.12.2010 in the status of General Urban Planning, in the position "RACHILI".
The main storage areas are 2,313 sq.m. and the supporting facilities 3,720 sq.m. The company that owned the property (Afoi Kardasilari) according to the latest list of major debtors of AADE, has debts of 9.5 million euros to the tax office and about 4 million euros to EFKA.
Voyatzoglou acquired the asset in question jointly (for the purpose of sharing the cost of the investment and the associated risks) with the Private Capital company "REVON DEVELOPMENT AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SOLELY I.K.E." (the sole partner of which is Mr. Nikolaos Voyatzoglou), undivided at a rate of 50% each.
The total price for the property amounted to 6,367,858 euros, which price was paid in half by the 2 aforementioned legal entities. As the company says, after the completion of the relevant procedures for the delivery of the above property, it will consider the best way to use it.
