According to sources familiar with the matter, the third section of VOAK "Neapoli-Agios Nikolaos" construction project will be comprised in AKTOR group's portfolio.

This is a project spanning 14 km with €186million budget. The contracting authority is the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transportation.

In further detail, the project refers to the conversion into a closed highway with the improvement - widening of the existing Neapoli - Ag. Nikolaos on a four-lane highway with two traffic lanes and an Emergency Lane (LEA) in each direction, of a separate traffic deck, with a total width of 22.50 meters.

The duration of the projects was estimated at 36 months from the signing of the relevant contract. The project will be funded by the Recovery Fund.

It is been noted that AKTOR participates the joint venture of the companies -comprising TERNA and Intrakat- that will bid the expansion project in Kymis Avenue. The project has a budget of 434 million and refers to the design and construction of a road axis with a cross section of a closed highway, with a total length of approximately 3.8 km (to 4.2 km together with the option). According to information, the consortium emerged as a temporary bidder.
