Only 14% of European employees  are willing to return in office in the post covid-19 pandemic era, with more than half saying they have become more productive thanks to teleworking, which has flourished in recent months due to restrictive measures adopted by countries. according to a recently conducted survey from The Future Laboratory.

"Hybrid work," though, meaning a combination of teleworking and office work, also has its drawbacks, with more than a quarter of respondents saying they feel like they work all the time or overnight, according to the survey that was conducted on behalf of Samsung Electronics from The Future Laboratory.

According to the research's findings, which involved 14.000 people across Europe, 83% of employees seek more support from their employers in order to balance work and family life.

About 12% of workers in the EU worked part-time from home in 2020, up from 5% before the pandemic, according to Eurostat data.
