PREMIA PROPERTIES acquires three student residences

The total annual revenue is expected to amount to €640K with 20-year period lease contracts.

PREMIA PROPERTIES announced the signing of a preliminary agreement for the acquisition of two stand-alone properties and the right to enter into a long-term leasing agreement for a third property.

The properties are leased for the operation of student residences and are located in Athens, Patras and Thessaloniki with a total surface area of 7,764 sq.m., which consist of a total of 153 serviced apartments. 

The property in Thessaloniki, located at 10, Valaoritou Str., consists of 85 residences, in the city-center of Patras consists of 49 residences and in Kypseli-Athens of 19 residences. 

The total annual revenue is expected to amount to €640K with 20-year period lease contracts. Upon the initiation of this agreement, PREMIA PROPERTIES will resume with 211 serviced apartments having as a target to create a portfolio of 1,000 residences by 2026. 

The Company intends to continue investing consistently in the sector of serviced apartments focusing on high quality properties, with strong tenants, and long-term leases. 

The goal is to achieve optimal returns and added value for the shareholders as well as to minimize the investment risk by diversifying the Company’s portfolio and investing in a new promising sector.
