The first two major projects with financial support from the Recovery and Resilience Facility were signed in Karditsa and Farsala.

The Transaction is expected to enhance Earnings Per Share (EPS) by approximately 1.4%.

The project covers a total area of 515 hectares and includes all necessary infrastructure works.

The project has a total budget of €4,950,000 and is expected to significantly enhance the functionality and safety of the area.

The asset is a commercial property with a total surface area of 851.51 sq.m., located at 3 Charitos and 6 Spefsippou Streets.

The Proposal valued ATHEX at €6.90 per share based on an exchange ratio of 21.029 ATHEX shares for each new Euronext share and the closing share price as of 30 June 2025.
