Greece and Cyprus will be among the most important tourist destinations this summer, according to the German travel giant TUI.

Marriott International is continuing its expansion in the all-inclusive space via a new, long-term partnership with Sunwing Travel Group's Blue Diamond Resorts arm, under which Marriott plans to more than double its existing all-inclusive footprint.

From his side, the president of the Association of Greek Tourist Enterprises (SETE), Giannis Retsos, speaking to AMNA, clarifies that the "battle" will be given in the second half of the year and at the moment no prediction can be made about how things will develop for Greek tourism in 2021.

Grivalia Hospitality said it will acquire all companies related with the specific project, currently owned by DCI and its subsidiaries.

The building, covering 456 sq.m. is located in Patision and Skalistiri streets.

All five properties were leased to Sklavenitis Group for a period of 25 years.

Grivalia Hospitality is further evaluating other investments in tourism sector as part of its vision of creating long-term value.

The total built area of the portfolio is 48,477sqm; seven units are located in Athens, two in Thessaloniki, one in each of Rethymno, Veria, Xanthi, Rhodes & Trikala, and one in Agrinio.
