The hotel will be operated under the luxury Gran Meliá brand with the name "Miranda de Pedrables"

The requests sum up to a total of 25.3 billion euros due from which 19.5 billion are at an initial stage.

Work is expected to begin on the scheme in the second quarter of 2023.

The park spans in a total area of 20,543.00sqm, from which 12,309.00sqm are a National Bank's property.

The project has a total budget of €21,148,889.09 and will be financed from the Recovery Fund.

More than a third of the job cuts are expected to be from the firm’s trading and banking units.
