The project has a total budget of €340.000.

It should be noted that this is the second 5-star resort of Brown Hotels in Greece - after Isla Brown Corinthia which started its operation last year in the Spring.

The engineers' fund will retain approximately 5% of the Bank's share capital after the completion of the increase.

The studies were approved by the Regional Council of Attica

The project, which comprises expropriations, has a total budget of €5,070,000.

Bids must be submitted by May 17, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. (Greece time) and the payment of the Public Financial Contribution, is of a maximum budget amount of 18,750,000 euros.
