Lamda Development is issuing a seven-year corporate bond on Wednesday to help finance its mega-project at Elliniko, with the interest expected to range between 3.4% and 3.8%.

Praktiker Hellas on Wednesday announced it was acquired by Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited for an undisclosed sum. Praktiker Hellas, with an annual turnover of 195 million euros, is the largest company of Praktiker Group abroad.

The sale price of this portfolio reflects the current dynamics of the Greek real estate market for properties with significant investment characteristics .

The property is fully leased to a well-known retail chain.

The Group’s revenue in the year ended 31.12.2019 amounted to €175.1million vs €121.4million in 2018.

Noval Property was formed as a Real Estate Investment Company (REIC) on 15th October 2019.

The REIC offered the amount of €17,100,000 and was announced the preferred bidder.
