Infinity Suites are housed in the historic building of the former XENIA Naoussa, which remained unused for decades.

The project was delivered by Notio Sustainable Developments, while the operation and management of the complex will be undertaken by Grivalia Hospitality.

Dalata operates 56 hotels, a mix of owned and leased properties, mainly in Ireland and the UK.

The transaction is expected to close within the next six to eight weeks.

Ardmore, the main contractor, has completed 25% of the project and is managing the internal fit-out.

The investment reflects the company’s continued confidence in Finland’s healthcare real estate market.
