Rapid rental recovery is being observed in office spaces across European city centers.

The project is led by the School of Civil Engineering at the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), with MedINA serving as one of the 53 implementation partners.

The works are progressing using specialized techniques.

The project’s budget, amounting to €4 million, is funded entirely by municipal resources.

It is transforming Sazan Island, located at the entrance of the Gulf of Vlora, into an ultra-luxury resort destination.

Developed in partnership with strategic real estate partner Primetown Development, the hotel is expected to open its doors in 2027.
