AKTOR is up for sale, in exclusive talks the interested parties

Following its announcement of 26.01.2023, "ELLAKTOR S.A.", informed the investment community that the Board of Directors decided to commence exclusive negotiations

The exclusive negotiations will be with the group of companies comprising Wade Adams Hellas SMSA and Adamas Group Limited, for the possible sale 100% shares of its subsidiary AKTOR S.A.

The Company, always complying with the laws and regulations of the capital markets and in particular with article 17 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and the regulation of the Athens Stock Exchange, assures that it will proceed with necessary disclosures, as required by law, regarding the progress of the above process.
