A global asset management firm has secured a major lease agreement with leading real estate advisor Knight Frank, who will occupy 6,724 square meters under an 18-year lease. This will serve as the firm’s new headquarters in London, as well as its global offices.
This deal follows a similar agreement in 2023 when global law firm Dentons leased nearly 6,320 square meters in the same building.
One Liverpool Street, scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2026, will offer 16,355 square meters of high-quality office and retail space across 11 floors. The building is part of a larger development that also includes the nearby 101 Moorgate, which will provide an additional 6,500 square meters of office and retail space.
Both buildings aim to meet the rising demand for sustainable office spaces, with One Liverpool Street targeting a BREEAM “Outstanding” sustainability rating and an EPC A rating.
The development will feature all-electric solutions, which are expected to reduce carbon emissions by 33% compared to current building regulations, while also lowering energy costs for tenants.
