During 2022, Premia Properties completed significant new investments, further strengthening its presence in sectors of primary interest (3 serviced apartments (student halls), 1 school, 1 industrial property), selectively entering at the same time into new sectors, as indicated by the acquisition of Boutaris (17 properties, mainly wineries and vineyards) and Athens Heart.
As of December 31
st, 2022, the Group’s investment portfolio comprised 50 assets with total surface
area of c. 369 thous. sqm and a total fair value of €267.2 mil.
