Premia Properties was awarded a "Great Place to Work 2023" for another year

Premia Properties always operates with a view to the development and care of employees as well as the development and maintenance of an excellent working environment.

Premia followed the necessary procedures and was rewarded again for its systematic investment in its people by obtaining, for another year, the Great Place to Work® 2023 certification. Thus, the strong commitment of the company, to be over time, a model employer that stands out for its culture, ethos, work environment and employee development.

To obtain the Great Place to Work® 2023 certification, Premia Properties was evaluated by its own human resources, after a methodical and thorough evaluation, which was carried out by the organization Great Place to Work® Hellas. The process was based on the anonymous Trust Index© questionnaire which includes questions on values such as respect, trustworthiness, pride, companionship and fairness.

The results confirm the dedication of all the people at Premia Properties to creating and maintaining a healthy and efficient work environment. At the same time, the high score collected by the company in categories related to its culture, illustrates the recognition of Premia Properties' continuous support to its employees.
