Following the company’s capital increase and the full subscription of the new shares by NLTG HH Greece, the ownership percentages of the other companies in the company's share capital are as follows:

- Fastighets AB Balder (16.40%)
- Nequiter Invest AB (10.02%)
- NLTG HH Greece S.A. (9.66%)
- NOE Metal Constructions S.A. (7.28%)
As stated in the company’s announcement to the Athens Stock Exchange:
On January 21, 2025, 7,628,000 new common nominal shares with voting rights, resulting from the company’s capital increase (the "Increase"), were admitted for trading on the regulated market of the Athens Stock Exchange.
The entire issuance of new shares was subscribed by NLTG HH Greece S.A.. NLTG HH Greece S.A. had already acquired 1,563,177 shares in the company on December 19, 2024.
Following the completion of the Increase, the number of shares directly held by NLTG HH Greece S.A. in the company amounts to 9,191,177 shares, corresponding to 9.66% of the company’s total voting rights.
NLTG Holdco AB controls Nordic Leisure Travel Group Holdings AB (its 100% subsidiary). Nordic Leisure Travel Group Holdings AB controls NLTG HH Holdco AB (its 100% subsidiary), which controls NLTG HH Greece AB (its 100% subsidiary). NLTG HH Greece AB, in turn, controls NLTG HH Greece S.A. (its 100% subsidiary). No individual has control over NLTG Holdco AB.
- Sterner Stenhus Greece AB did not acquire any new shares from the Increase. Therefore, its voting rights in the company decreased from 41.43% to 38.11%. Mr. Ilías Georgiádis controls Sterner Stenhus Holding AB, which in turn controls Sterner Stenhus Greece AB. Thus, the total voting rights indirectly controlled by Mr. Ilías Georgiádis, through these companies, amounts to 38.11% of the company’s shares and voting rights.
Additionally, Mr. Ilías Georgiádis directly holds 0.1% of the shares, corresponding to 93,050 shares. Therefore, his total direct and indirect control amounts to 38.21% of the company’s total shares and voting rights.
Fastighets AB Balder did not acquire any new shares from the Increase. As a result, its voting rights in the company decreased from 17.83% to 16.40%. Mr. Erik Selin controls Erik Selin Fastigheter AB, which controls Fastighets AB Balder. The total voting rights controlled by Mr. Erik Selin, through these companies, amount to 15,604,155 shares, or 16.40% of the company’s total voting rights.
Nequiter Invest AB did not acquire any new shares from the Increase. As a result, its voting rights in the company decreased from 10.89% to 10.02%. Nequiter Invest AB is controlled by Mr. Jan Gösta Lennart Lindeberg. The total voting rights controlled by Mr. Jan Gösta Lennart Lindeberg, through this company, amounts to 9,537,000 shares, or 10.02% of the company’s total voting rights.
NOE Metal Constructions S.A. did not acquire any new shares from the Increase. Consequently, its voting rights in the company decreased from 7.92% to 7.28%. Similarly, Elias Tsiklos Holdings Ltd. did not acquire any new shares from the Increase, resulting in a decrease of its voting rights from 1.95% to 1.79%. Mr. Ilías Tsíklos controls both NOE Metal Constructions S.A. and Elias Tsiklos Holdings Ltd..
Thus, the total voting rights indirectly controlled by Mr. Ilías Tsíklos, through these companies, amounts to 9.07% of the company’s total voting rights. Additionally, Mr. Ilías Tsiklos directly holds 0.01% of the shares, corresponding to 14,000 shares. Therefore, his total direct and indirect control amounts to 9.09% of the company’s total shares and voting rights.
