The residence will be its fourth, following sites in Kensington, Fulham and Hampstead. It is building a network of communities in central London that focus on health and wellbeing.
Riverstone King’s Road has been designed by Bowler James Brindley and will include a restaurant, bar, club room, library, swimming pool and spa, a gym, an exercise studio, espresso bar and cinema. It will have rooftop and courtyard gardens designed by landscape designer Andy Sturgeon.
Amenities will form part of The Riverstone Club, which provides residents with access to all its residences across the capital.
The Good Care Group will provide care and support for residents if needed, from weekly personal assistance to 24-hour live-in care.
Riverstone has forward purchased the site, for an undisclosed sum, and plans to welcome residents in 2026. There will be a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses.
