Tri7 disposes of British office building in a €6.6M transaction
The transaction bears a net initial yield of 8%.
Tri7 has completed the sale of a Grade A office building and workshop in Crawley, near London, in a €6.6m transaction.
The 33,384 sq ft property was acquired by a private investor gives a net initial yield of 8%.
The company had acquired an asset known as Atrium Court in the summer of 2020 during the UK's first Covid lockdown.
Since then, Tri7 has advanced its business plan for the property by signing a major lease agreement (10 years) with Bramble Energy.
