The transaction amounted to EURO 1.10 million.

HFSF has appointed Lazard Frères SAS (“Lazard”), to act as its disposal advisor.

The property spans in an area of approximately 31 acres with an industrial building, it is comprised in the wider Unibios ownership of a total 64 acres area with two buildings.

The firm completed the fundraising cycle (final closing) with commitments amounting to €213 million.

The buildings are fully occupied by quality anchor tenants on long-term leases.

The transaction will reduce the NPLs' Index by 0.2 percentage points.
