HB Reavis Group and Zeus Capital Management announced the completion of the sale and purchase of Váci Corner Offices.

Apollo Investment Holdco SARL engaged tha purchase for a total of €394 million.

Dolphin Capital said it has agreed the sale at a €140 million value.

The company said it planned to fully absorb Touristika Theretra SA by the end of 2018.

Following these acquisitions, the joint venture has almost doubled its portfolio in one year, in nine locations, four of which are located in Greece.

The concessionaire will proceed with investments a mounting to €50million within the next five years, through which the Alimos marina will be modernized and become a top tourist port destination.

The company expanded its Athens footprint with the addition of a building, home to the Brazillian and Portuguese embassies, as well as Mastercard.

The international real estate firm said it has entered into a joint venture with NBG.

The size of the store will be 8.000 sq.m. and it will open in the second semester of 2020.

The transaction will be finalised upon fulfillment of relevant governmental approvals.
