The South Aegean Region has signed the contract for the project from Kalathos to Lindos.
The world-leading investment manager, with over 30 years of investment experience, manages approximately $88 billion.
The group has entered into three new agreements.
They will receive fast-track licensing and Special Spatial Plans for Strategic Investments (ESCHASE).
The investments for the development of the property, according to the group’s business plan, are estimated to amount to €400 million.
The changes will take effect from the session on Friday, February 28, 2025.
