Premia has been negotiating for months with the companies that have purchased Boutari's liabilities

BIERCO REAL ESTATE SOCIETE ANONYME and OWNER ZEKAKOU 18 SOLE SHAREHOLDER PRIVATE CAPITAL COMPANY.

The agreed cash consideration of the Transaction will reach approximately €98mn (€1.25 per share).

The yield range which was determined by the Joint Coordinators and Bookrunners at 2.70% - 3.10%.

The total investment will be in the region of €35m and will be funded by the proceeds of the green bond that PRODEA issued in July 2021.

The bid offered for this property was €2,351,000.

The company has five hotels in its portfolio

The purpose of the issuance is the repayment of existing loan obligations.

The Retail Park is located at 54 Piraeus Street, in Neo Faliro and covers an area of 14,895 sq.m.

The company had acquired 80% of the building in Maroussi in 2018.
