The fair value of assets under management1 on June 30, 2025 amounted to €3,158.3 million.

Adjusted EBITDA reached €13.1 million, up 41.8%.

One of the Group’s key projects is the property in Kato Patisia, Athens, on a plot of 2,082 sqm and an existing building of 11,653 sqm.

The total value of the company’s investments amounts to €536.7 million.

The building will meet the same high standards and is expected to be completed by 2027.

Premia has completed the €64 million acquisition from Nordic Leisure Travel Group.

The portfolio included 39 properties, among which were the HUB 26 office complex, as well as the "Avenue" and "City Tower" shopping centers.

The two parties reached a $660 million agreement following discussions that began last March.
