Significant cultural enhancement project signed by the Peloponnese Region

What the Annual Survey of the Regional Association of Real Estate Agents revealed.

The €100 million funding for the project originates from a donation by the Hellenic Bank Association and covers interventions in 426 school units across 245 municipalities and all 13 regions of the country.

The REIC aims to develop 2,000 student rooms over the next three years, while, according to CEO Kostas Markazos, more than 500 rooms have already been secured.

The final sale price exceeded the starting bid by 79%..

The project is budgeted at €3,341,850.00 (including VAT).

Regarding land-for-apartment exchanges (antiparoches), the decisions of the Council of State (ΣτΕ) have put on hold agreements that had been concluded months ago.
