Hammerson and CPPIB have agreed to sell the shopping centre to entities affiliated with Henderson Park and Eurofund.

It now intends to reinvest the principal payments from maturing securities purchased under the PEPP until at least the end of 2024.

The project is expected to be completed within the first quarter of 2022.
