The new resort is located in Latsi, Cyprus, in a privileged setting close to the Akamas National Park and the renowned Blue Lagoon, and aims to elevate the standard of luxury family hospitality in the Eastern Mediterranean.
The development is based on the “A Place to Belong” philosophy, with the resort spanning eleven independent buildings designed around the concept of a modern neighbourhood. It offers a total of 240 suites, including 87 Swim-Up Junior Suites with direct pool access, as well as spacious one-bedroom suites capable of accommodating up to five guests.
NALU provides direct beach access, a large central swimming pool, and a floating water park at sea, further enhancing its appeal to families and leisure travellers.
In terms of gastronomy, guests have access to three restaurants and three bars. The main restaurant, overlooking Latsi Marina, serves Mediterranean and international cuisine, while the resort also features Italian and Asian dining options. A lounge bar with views of the Blue Lagoon and a pool bar further complement the hospitality experience.
Particular emphasis is placed on families, with the complex offering a Kids Club, gaming areas, mini golf, an open-air cinema, and environmental exploration programmes. In addition, climbing and recreational activities are available for children, while adults can make use of wellness facilities, yoga areas, a gym, and specially designed relaxation zones.
As part of the project’s future development, Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean plans to add 12 ultra-luxury private villas, which will include personalised butler services, further enhancing the resort’s premium profile.
The CEO of Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean, Ronnie Aloni, described NALU as a milestone for the company, emphasising that the project reflects the group’s ambition, innovation, and long-term confidence in the prospects of the tourism sector.
“The launch of NALU does not simply mark the opening of an exceptional resort, but a significant milestone for our company and our growth strategy in the region,” he said.
The investment further strengthens Cyprus’s position on the Mediterranean luxury hospitality map, at a time when demand for high-quality accommodation and integrated holiday experiences continues to show strong momentum.
