In the plot is planned to be developed the first hotel complex under the Ikos resorts brand on the island of Crete.

The transaction amounted to €25 thousand.

The two land plots span 18,419 sq.m. and 11,740 sq.m each.

Via Agora will act as both developer and contractor for the scheme.
