SYPOTHA partially accepted the Company's appeal regarding the fines

The property was acquired by Ten Brinke Hellas in December 2022, with a total price of €6.5 million.

The hotel, located near Sarakiniko beach, has a total of 30 suites, each offering a private pool and uninterrupted sea view.

The merger was completed in accordance with art. 6-21 and 30-38 of Law 4601/2019

The purchase price was at €31.5 million and the acquisition was financed by the funds raised from Prodea's green bond.

The relevant renovation works are expected to be completed within 2023.
